I am an initiate in the Bwiti Missoko tradition also known as a Maboundi. I have been given the name Ndzingo
The Missoko Bwiti are a lineage of the Bwiti tradition, an ancestral spiritual and healing path rooted in the equatorial forests of central Gabon, which according to our lineage was first practiced by the Babongo people, who discovered Iboga and wove it into the traditions of the ancestors that became Bwiti.
Missoko traces directly back to Dissumba, the original root of Bwiti, and was deliberately kept hidden during French colonization to preserve it — unlike the more widely known Fang branch, it carries no Christian influence, and has been passed down purely through oral transmission from initiate to initiate. At its center is Iboga, the sacred root used together with plant medicine, music, and ancestral guidance in service of healing body, mind, and spirit.
Missoko holds several branches of specialized knowledge, including diagnostics, herbalism, protection, and Maboundi — the lineage devoted to women's initiation and empowerment. Anyone who has not been initiated into the Bwiti must receive their medicine from the hand of an initiate out of respect for the tradition. As an initiated Maboundi, I give counsel and support guided by my life experience, nature, Bwiti, plant medicine, my spiritual Mother and Father and my ancestors and unseen allies.
The Bwiti have a deep respect for dreams and visions and I believe my two decades of practice and research in the field of dreaming and Depth Psychology led me to my Bwiti family, initiation and this offering.
This Immersion is a one afternoon, in person, private session that takes place in Barcelona, Spain.
It consists of Embodied Imagination enhanced by natural medicines that are only available in person and as a package, which includes:
— 1 prep session/intake (online, or in person prior to the session)
— the medicine-enhanced Embodied Imagination® session (in person 3 hours)
— 3 hours of integration services: either 2 supplemental EI sessions that are 1.5 hours each (without medicine and can be virtual) or three 1:1 sessions of psychospiritual counseling and integration with me (can also be virtual).
Meeting up to a total of 5 times included. Additional services and sessions available outside of the package
We will only work with microdoses. I do not offer full ceremonies or flood doses. This is simply an enhancement of my practice of over two decades. We will work with dreams, visions and memories.
We will focus on TRUTH - your truth, as it is experienced through the interaction with your own subconscious imagery held in body, mind, and spirit. We will build on a foundation of unconditional positive regard and good faith. I believe all transformative experiences must be held in a continuum of care and I will provide that.
Come prepared with your questions and intentions, seeking deeper personal meaning. What I ask of you is determination, focus, and a continual intention to do your best and face whatever truths that may arise. This commitment will be well worth the effort.
Together with your soul, we’ll cultivate deep self-love and connection that can answer questions you still hold in your heart.
You will be guided to lovingly reconnect with your deep psyche or soul in the places it most needs your attention and/or healing.
